Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges on both defective and non-defective products, in new, unopened, unused condition, within 30 days of the purchase date.

 

How to start a return

Email info@tovabeauty.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

 

Return shipping

Return shipping is free — a prepaid return label is included.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 days to your original payment method. No restocking fee.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at info@tovabeauty.com with photos, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
